We are working on goal setting for the semester. Students have a homework assignment to re-write their rough draft and turn it into their FINAL PAPER.
We have been talking about the health-related fitness components: 1. Cardiovascular Fitness 2. Flexibility 3. Muscular Endurance 4. Muscular Strength 5. Body Composition
Our second skill theme unit is lacrosse. We are working on stick handling, cradling, scooping, catching & throwing. The weather is changing...don't forget your sweats and gloves!!!

Muscles we have learned: Deltoids, Biceps, Triceps, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gastrocnemius, Soleus, Gluteius Maximus, and Gluteius Medius.
